Rush Plate Carrier in Laser-Cut version is a light and solid tactical vest made by Primal Gear, sewn from durable nylon. The vest is adapted for wearing two SAPI, size M ballistic plates. The set includes two mock inserts made of thick foam. The front and back panels, as well as the cummerbund, feature holes compatible with MOLLE / PALS webbing cut out with a laser. The holes enable the attachment of pouches and equipment compatible with MOLLE webbing. The vest features a shingle integrated pouch for 3 x 1 STANAG magazines as well as two additional pouches in the cummerbund. Magazines are secured from the top by a shock-cord with a handle. 

Shoulders of the vest feature hook and loop fastener loops for the attachment of a radio cable or a hydration system tube.
