Laryngophone  microphone manufactured by the Earmor company, compatible with the M32 / M32H / M32x headsets, where we can use it instead of a standard microphone. Perfect in very noisy environments. 

The sensor is placed on the larynx, and thanks to the elastic band with Velcro adjustment, the user can adjust it to their needs. It registers the vibrations generated by the users vocal cords, using the phenomenon of bone conduction - it completely eliminates the sounds of the environment, and ensures a high quality transmitted message.
